1 Outfit x 3 looks and Style Tips for effortless Diwali dressing!

It is that time of the year again, where the entire nation is buzzing with the festive vibes. There is a lot of joy in the air as every nook and corner of the city is beautifully lit, decorated, and filled with love and happiness. When every minute detail is taken into the consideration during Diwali, dressing up aptly for the occasion becomes one of the top priorities as well. Indian wear is definitely, predominant at the Diwali parties or get-togethers, and yes! How much do I love this! However, this time around, I gave my outfit a little twist, and took it a fusion way during my favourite time of the year. After all, comfort and style goes hand in hand, right?

Style tips for effortless Diwali dressing

  1. Incorporate bright colours or hues of ivory, beige, and dull gold for your Diwali dressing.
  2. Intricate but subtle work, and bold prints can be your choice for this super blingy festival
  3. Though Indian wear is an absolute classic option, but you can even consider toning down on your outfits, and opt for a fusion wear
  4. Dhoti pants teamed with kurtas or long jackets- A big thumbs up to this deadly combination this festive season
  5. Try pairing a shirt or a jacket with your long flowy skirt! It looks elegant and comfortable, and you can pair it with a maatha tikka to take it up a notch!
  6. Go for a little heavier look in the evening, and pair your Indian-fusion outfits (see above) with Chand Balis, Danglers or Cocktails rings!
  7. Well defined eyes with bold lip colours. If you are opting for smokey eyes, tone down on your lip colour and go for nudes, blushes or baby pinks
  8. Go for a pair of nice Juttis! And, Tada! You are all Diwali Ready!

My Indian-Fusion look (One dress X 3 Outfits)
I simply love long flowy skirts, and you can take it up a notch by styling it whichever way you like. There are few options which I had shared with you all above, and there are few more for you to explore at Martini On Heels.

Crop-top and a statement piece

This look can never go wrong, and it is chic and perfect combination for you to put your stylish foot forward this festive season.

Sleeveless Long Jacket with your outfit

It is super classy if you pair your outfit with a Jacket, blazer or anything that adds a little extra element to your outfit!

Stoal turned into bandana and teamed with a necklace

It looks super stylish to support a head gear with your outfit, and while you can always convert your necklace into an interesting head piece; one can add another element with a scarf or a stoal as well.

I love wearing proper Indian attire during the festive season, but a little twist would harm nobody, right?

Hope you had enjoyed this post! Wishing all my lovely readers a very happy and prosperous Diwali!
